Ray DeLaughter
Founder and CFO
Ray DeLaughter is the founder and CFO of VantageCFO. He has a unique skill-set that comes from experience as a small business owner and experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies. Before starting our part-time CFO company, Ray worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Group at Deloitte Consulting. He has extensive experience in finance, including budgeting & forecasting, performance management, organization restructuring, and investment due diligence. Ray has a BA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Jerry Boettcher
Advisor
Jerry has experience as a sole proprietor, manager of a multi-office office sales team, and as an adviser to C-suite executives in the areas of finance and business development. Focus areas include financial modeling, data analytics, BI development, reporting, and project management. Jerry has a BA in Religious Studies from Rice University.
Aimee DeLaughter
Analyst
Aimee is the dream wife of an entrepreneur. Her analytical mind and ability to transform data into meaningful insights separates VantageCFO from its competitors. Focus areas include data analytics, BI development, and project management. Aimee has a BA and Masters in Bio-medical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Jeff Bosworth
Advisor
Jeff is a finance professional with a deep background in oil and gas, from owning a small business to supporting multi-billion-dollar assets for an international oil company. He has extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, planning, analysis, and board-level presentations. Jeff has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas.
Murray Morgan
Analyst
Murray has a background in market analysis and network administration. Her attention to detail sets the tone for excellence in VantageCFO deliverables, and she never shies from work needed to get jobs done right. Focus areas include financial modeling and reporting. Murray has a BA in Marketing Research from the University of Alabama.
Tiffany Bishop
Accountant
Tiffany is an accounting professional with a background in finance. Most of her career has been in oil and gas specializing in Accounting, Finance and Marketing, but she also has experience with small startup companies. She is an analytical thinker and has an immense attention to detail, especially in Excel. Tiffany has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
Andrew Boettcher
Analyst
Andrew is a sales and data professional who specializes in SQL, BI development, and data connections. Focus areas include data science, Tableau, and process automation. He gives our clients insights into their business by turning raw data into information they can use. Andrew has a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology Human Performance with a minor in Business from Stephen F. Austin University.
